hey guys, i bought some blue led's from some guy off ebay and decided to try to put them behind my center console. i'm not done yet, but here's what i got so far. please lemme know what you think. thanks.

Looking very good. Even light spread. I'm going to do this. What size resistors did you put in, 600 ohm? Did you use the normal current limiting equation?

my camera makes the lights look really bright, but in person, its a nice evenly distributed blue...i used a 9v battery, and a 330 ohm resistor, the lights are all connected in parallel...i measured it with my DMM and its about 15mA going though it all. i'm probably going to find a way to hook it up to the car battery seeing as the 9v might die =P.

there's a guy on ebay who sells the led's from china...i got 100 for $13.99. pretty good deal.

Not bad at all dude. Got a link you can Send me? My dash lights went out over a year ago and my warranty won't cover the fix b/c of the aftermarket CD player. Any help would be great. Thanks.

so far looks really good.. the only thing is on the far right control it looks like it doesn't light up all the way around  But I'm definitely feelin' the blue

hehe, the reason why the far right doesn't lite up yet is because i'm not done =P. i'll be working on that probably next week when i have some time.
