I stripped it because it had 300K miles and had its day plus I am bored and need a new project. I am probably going to go with a Chrysler V8 I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 318 (5.2) in it and I believe I can make it fit with minor alterations. "makeing a celica what its not supposed to be?" well that is exactly what I want to do. I want to make it different then every other celica you see out there. If anyone needs any parts I'll see what I have in good condition and you can either pick it up or pay for shipping.

I understand that there may be a handful of V8 swapped celi's out there but you won't see them all over. Besides I have a few other ideas under my sleeve that I promise have not been done. The paint right now is the last of my worries but I do want to keep it white maybe a Blue pearl I have a friend who is going to design it for me should be pretty sweet, but again that won't be for awhile now.

dude 9streetghost0 stop bagging on the guy's idea please. Let him do as he see's fit for his car. I personally think it's awesome that he's putting in a V8. I would love to see this done and YES i have seen the V8 tundra in the celica that was twin turbo charged. This is one of OUR guys doing the job, not some other dude you don't see too much on forums.
Anyways, best of luck with your swap dude. I think around next year I'm gonna try fitting my bro's spare 2jzge in my celi. I heard that the DSM tranny that's stock with a 4g63 bolts up to the 2jz series engines. What is the tranny code?

^^ confused on engine codes here, sry... you stickin a supra engine in it or a 7th gen celica? I'd personally go with the 3sgte you have a GT? you would fkin fly!
