The carbon fiber steering wheel button and the carbon fiber gauge bezel. I have another peice I am trying out this weekend and I will post pics of it if it turns out good. Another carbon fiber mod that might come out is the roof liner. There are carbon fiber pedals. You could try and have carbon fiber cloth seats I have also seen a carbon fiber entire dash. Made myself, solid foam core and 4 layers of BID carbon fiber. Testing it out this coming weekend at the next race.
