Back in December/January I was looking through the "For Sale" section and saw that "superderk" was selling KYB shocks and Eibach springs. I PM'd him, and sent him the money using paypal. I contacted him in mid Feb. and he said that he sent them, but they got returned to him. I sent him my address and contact info again and haven't heard from him since. I've sent him emails and PM's and no response. Can anyone give me an idea of what I can do to get my stuff? It sucks to think that a member of this site would do this, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

^^wow..that sux.u should track that guy down n make him pay.  try looking through ur paypal transactions.it should show the name of that person n maybe other infos as well.

I would not want to have the power of Ebay/paypal hot on my trail...I can tell you that much. Contact them and file a claim...real possible that you could win this war.

file a complaint with paypal. easy as that. same thing is going on with me.

I'll try to contact paypal and see what they can do. We should all be on this site to help each other and give advice. It's ashame that there are people that do this shit.

paypal wont do anything now, it's past 30 days so they wont refund your money all you can do now is file a claim with the feds and hope they handle it
