**PLEASE READ***
I didn't go to school today because i was too tired but on my way to my friends house i passed a park where everyone plays basketball and works out... Well i glance over and see a white intrepid. It's only a little out of my way to go look at it so i do.. I took some pics from my car and got out... decided to wait a bit and see if anyone came out and it was 2 middle age ladies... I was across the stree waiting to see but before they came out I pulled in from the way she would of been to hit me and sure enough scratches match up and where my tail light is all busted... The only bad part was that it was 2 middle age ladies.. also none of my paint was on the car accpet 2 little scratches and the rest of their car was black where the paint had came off and only the bumper color was showing... it happened during 1st period so the person might of been droping someone off or may have just driven in to check and see if her kid was there... or maybe they were driving moms car

get the video tape if the intrepid... then find the guy and tell him you have a video tape of him backing into your car...
tell him you have already contacted your lawyer but you want to give the guy a chance to pay you without having to go to court.

exactly what someone said... it doesn't matter how old they are, they shouldn't have left like that... sometimes it seems like people think they have the right to get away with anything just because they're old...  yeah i would report their license # to the police and everything, get all your ducks in a row. good luck, i hope those grannies pay for your car to be fixed!!
