heyt buddy. her eis waht everoyne does and i will tel you what i did. Waht you need ot do is put it all back in w/o neeles and keep clear part off. Turn the car to ACC and elave it for liek 30 seconds. then put the neeldes on 0. now afte ru do this ur mph and rpms maybe off my liek 5 mph and 500 rpms. atleast meinwas. then i did it agina and it was off by even more so i dorve the car aorund, then let it idle and put my rpms at what the normal idle for my car was. For spedo i paced myslef with my dad goign aobut 30 and the placed the needle on 30. now its all grovvy iif you have quetions feel free to pm me

^^^^ yea same with me, I was lucky and the local cops put one ot those booths that tell you how fast your going on a near by street. So I took the needle off and put the car on cruise control and stuck the needle on where ever it said. It was tricky though, I had to make about 8 U-turns. I'm about 1 or 2 Mph off now, so its no big deal

if you go reverse gauges you dont have to take the needles off at all just be careful stripping the needles in the dash...but if you get ajautos you hve to remove them

LoL this is part of why I am a lil skeptical about doing my gauges.

Yeah! have the RJ gauges but havn't tried it yet. Waiting for one of those speed booths. They put one on my street about once every month. If not I work in a police shop all the time.

its really nothing to be worried aobut. i have done it on 2 different kinds of vehicles and no problmes. normally you will be off 5 mph and maybe 500 rpm at most. if it gets off more do waht i said above. jsut pace urself with a buddy for the speed.a dn if he has the same car as you u can do rpms too

I've replaced my gauge display twice. You just have to be gentle with the needles and slip the gauge face over them.
