ok this started occuring around the time i cleaned my MAF sensor. I used to get around 140 miles in the first set of bars on the meter. but now im getting that around half full. That is an extreme difference. I cleaned my throttle body and put in some fuel injector cleaner but thats it. I always use premium gas(93)which is 2.38 a gallon so its definetely hurting my budget. Could i somehow messed up my MAF i guess ill go check that but any other suggestions???
thanks-kyle

When was the last time you changed your spark plugs?

Change them every two years or 30k miles. I know toyota says 90k, hog wash, if you want to stay at peek its 30k.

Denso or NGK. Denso is stock, NGK works to.

go with the ngk's! are you driving any differently? Have you been traffic driving a lot more? Hows the weather? Many factors that could be considered

Tire pressure? Did you rest the ECU when you cleand the MAF? Did you clean your IACV? Need a new air filter, or clean your air filter?

It could. What about your IACV.

After I cleaned mine I noticed a big gain in gas mileage.

I htink it's an Idel Air Control Valve, but I think all we have is MAF for that. The last IACV I saw was on a Probe/Mitsubishi. Never wanna see that again! thumbsdown
