got it afterschool yesterday from an awesome place. before i had 2 10inch kenwoods in a bandpass box hooked up to a 600 watt amp, and this hits WAY harder then both of those do!

its a 12inch memphis audio with a 400 watt amp

good choice. I can see you went with the power reference sub and amp combo. Those are really nice. I use to have the same set up. You'll want more though. The good thing about Memphis is that you have to buy them at an authorized dealer..no online sales. thumbsup

yea i was thinking of that, but then i found somethign way better. www.adireaudio.com [adireaudio.com], the brahma is really good. my uncle has one in his xtera, and has 600 watts at 4 ohms, and we pulled up to my friends explorere who has a 12w7 1000.1 amp, and it smashed him. i would recomend it, especially since the space is quite small. you guys should read up on it. its really good.

^^ OH YEAH, the Adire is the shit. The brahma is a beast. Sounds very good and hits very hard. Not as good as the JL W7 but for 325, its a steal. teh w7 is twice the price but the bramha is not that far behind. So you can get 2 for the price of one W7 and be way louder and hit cleaner. So i would get the Brahma also.

yea get the w7 if you have a deep wallet, this cost me for the whole setup as much as one w7 woofer costs
