the problem is say when im down shifting from third to second to stop as soon as i take it out of second gear my car seems to hesitate like nearly stall even if my car is still rolling (slowing down)like i was just watching my rpm needle bounce up and down well below 1000 rpm.

im not sure if its my MAF sensor i just recently cleaned and pre oiled my k&n flat panel filter

any help is appreciated

Do you have the right spark plugs in? I put some bosh 4 electrode plugs in my LX470 and it did the exact same thing!

How many miles do you have?

I'm sure you let your filter oil dry before putting it back on, right?

Did you reset the ECU after cleaning the MAFS? Might be something to try again, regardless.

Have you removed the butterfly? There's an issue with it being off, causing a low idle in neutral. In a manual transmission, some people have even had their car shut off in a panic brake.

When was the last time the throttle body was cleaned? When was the last time you ran fuel injector cleaner?
