Ok, I need a little help here...

I'm looking for paint to color the plastic engine cover for the Celica. By default, they're black... but I want to paint it yellow to match the color of my car.

Does anyone know what kind of paint I need to get in order to color this?
I've read up on it a little, and I think I'm supposed to use a High-Temperature paint resistant to extreme heat... so there goes going to Wal-Mart for a can of Krylon paint.

I came across this:
http://www.plastikote.com/plastikote/auto/template.jsp?searchcode=HOT&product=HotPaint
...the problem is, however, that it does not come in the color I need... YELLOW.

For those fimilar with painting the calipers, disk drums, engine & engine cover... do you know where I could get some yellow paint that matches the Celica's yellow color?
> This includes both caliper paint and/or spray paint for the engine cover. The caliper paint I got (from Wal-Mart) turned out to look more like a school-bus yellow or a divider-road yellow, which really sort of had an orange tint to it & totally didn't look like the cover on the box!

Anyone either know a site or store where I can purchase such a paint?

u should sand down the plastics, spray a coat of dupli sandable primier, sand that down with a higher grit sand paper, then spray a few layers of dupli yellow color on it and sand between each, you can clear coat it if you want

Duplicolor makes a nice match yellow. It is called engine enamel. Got it at Wal-mart. That caliper kit sucks ass! I even thought about writing Duplicolor a little letter on how they totally false advertised that yellow kit... angry
