did it in class took about 2 hours, pretty easy the die grinder was slow at cutting so there is no messing up. here are some pix
(i notice the hiss coming from the header so i would say the low end power is there)

i know i could of ported in more but i got kinda tired so its fine for now. 2 bad i cant even enjoy it sence my clutch went out on me and i have to get a new one asap

how long did it take you total, including taking the header off...porting it...and putting it back on?

Porting causes the walls to have no deviations, so the flow is increased. It's all about the flow man! The Whistles Go Whoo! rofl

if you look at the first pix you can see how the walls of it are huge, and pretty much fucks up the air flow. its not hard by the way, anyone should do it. thumbsup

you might want to smooth out your porting a bit, you can definitely see where you stoped porting and the metal is sticking out. That might have a bit of effect on your porting mod. But good job on the port for just doing it yourself.

yeah i should of done a lil better, it was just hard to see were to stop and i didnt buy a new gasket so i didnt want a leak. ill do it some other day, still better gains than any other header out there so beats me.
