could anyone inform me what is the 0-60 time for 00' GTS auto? will it make any different if I put it in M Mode?
Another question, my car sound screaming harder (sounds funny) when the Rev is between 6000- 7000rpm before it shifted to the next gear. is it normal guys...????

manual GTS is 7 seconds auto is probably alittle slower maybe 8 seconds or something like that.. yeah that screaming is lift and it's what makes a GTS so much fun, of course in an auto 4 speed you won't be able to stay in peak power for very long on accelleration. you don't hit peak HP and torque until you hit lift..

well guys, i live in Jakarta, where most people drive SUVs and Luxury Cars, sport cars are not really popular here and finding Manual GTS is very hard.
Anyway, the guys in my workshop has done a very good job in re-mapping the ECU. it was far better than any aftermarket piggiback chip. It cost me only about USD 50.00 and they spent about 2 hours to re-map the ECU and the car seems to be accelerating much much better than ever. I asked them what they did but they declined to let me know, saying that it was their experience (they were working in UK and German)in modifying other exotic cars that enabled them to do that. they also saved the car from Hydrolock which happen to me during a flood last week.
Anyway, i am very happy with the performance of the car now. I will try to find out more and persuade them to let us know what they did, and hopefully I can post my findings on the Forum.
Not bad huh, for 50 bucks you got more power than aftermarket Chip.

Put it in neutral rev the piss out of it & dump it in drive, you'll get there almost as quick as standard GTS.

gts manual 0-60 is 6.6 seconds. the auto shouldn't be too far off, probably 7.5 or something.

the auto is extremely slower then the manual version. I'd guess somewhere in the 8 seconds arena.
and your "guy" didnt do anything to your car most likely. I'ts probably in your head. (no offense)
