I was reviewing the reviews on here for cai. AEM and INJEN are what and what. The neg on AEM were CEL's on one review. What the hell is a CEL. The INJEN neg was low rpm bogging from multiple reviews. Give me opinions I am about to choose which one to buy.

CEL = Check Engine Light In my opinion a CAI isnt worth it. Just and attempt to make the Celica a little bit faster. But to each his own. I would go with an AEM

I have the little machine that tells you what it is for and clears it. so it would be easy to diagnose. It cost 150 from any autozone. Thanks for the exp. Any body else has any input on the two brands and does you cel come on ?

I actually went for an eBay cai and could not be happier after a little modification. that's the key. to get the most out of AEM or INJEN or EBAY intakes, you have to modify them

as what speedducky said what are you looking for? do you tend to stay in the high RPM's a lot more? then get injen if you stay within low end, then stay with AEM

Get tpr if they have them out right now or get aem. You wont get a cel (provided you install it correctly) if you buy a new aem intake. It was the old ones that threw cel's.

if you got a GT, you def. want the AEM. I have it and it feels great. i was looking over the install guide on ecelica just to get the gist of things, and just like that i installed it and to this day, i have not gotten a CEL. The Gen2 AEM intakes are great, just like SlvCeli said "the older ones threw out CELs" If you can wait long enough for the TPR intake, then get it. TPR intake has both characteristics of AEM and Injen and the gains are better than what both CAIs can offer.
