So i think the problem is the belt. then i went to the toyota dealership to fixs the problem. it was fixs, then acouple months passed by ,the noise came back. Then one of my friends said that you can use a belt dressing, to make the noise stop. but you knw wht, its making the noise a lot worse. the noise is starting to try me crazy.
if anybody knw wht to do , hook me up.

its ur belt. if you wanna make sure if ur tensioner is gone, and you own a manual car, launch on 2nd gear, if you hear a weird clicking noises under ur engine bay through 1000-2000rpm, that means ur tensioner is gone

My car does that too. Whenever it rains I start getting a squeeking noise from my engine, but it usually only last for about 15-30 minutes of driving.

me too seems to be mostly when it's cold out.. until the belt gets warm or something.. so if I get a gatorback belt or a new idler it should fix the problem? it's real annoying cause when your in a tight alleyway it echos off everything and gets really loud..

please don't spray ur serpentine belt with ANYTHING, it will only make it worse..i found out the hard way..just go buy a gatorback belt from autozone for $50.. install it urself with a help from a friend, i did mine just fine..very simple install, slip on like a glove..squeak went away and haven't came back yet..the reason that it squeaks more on rainny days is because of the moisture build up on ur crack belt..it'll go away if the weather is warm, it only go away if you NEVER spray anything on it b4, if you did then u're out of luck..took my car in for motor mount insert install and the mechanic notice the sound decide to give it a few spray of WD40, well little did he know..it got worse, ever since then it'll squeak ALL the time, every morning..if i want it to stop i gotta pop the hood, spray it with Prestone belt dressing, EVERY single time it squeak..it's annoy and embarrassing...just go get that Gatorback belt..u'll like it..they got both for GT and GTS i think..i bought the GTS because my car is a GTS..
