does this only happen on a cold start up and it goes away after a couple of minutes? If so, I've got that same problem

i thought that all you have to do is loosen that one nut and slide it towards you to increase the tension.

most celi's have this problem, solution is simple get a goodyear gatorback belt.
autozone has them. It prevents slipping, thus the squeeling problem will be solved.

for starters a properly sized belt would not slip off so if a shop replaced it they are morons and you should not go back there. that squeak is a common problem and is almost always a result of the belt tensioner and NOT the belt.

refer to this thread for some good info on this problem...
