I am pumped my car goes in the garage for an overhaul on the engine. I am doing JE low compression pistons, Crower rods, sleeving the block, performance clutch and fly wheel, upgrading the fuel lines, upgraded fuel pump, fuel rail, new cams, valves and valve springs and getting my t3-t4 hybrid turbo installed. Ill get tons of pics and post on the progress Hopefully this should be a monster when it gets done. For the $$$ ive dropped on it, it better be lol

turbo is from turbo-performance.com. EIPtuning.com has built the same setup with a 2000 celica and its dynoed at 322hp at the wheels. if i can get 300 out of it i will be a happy camper. only thing i am not doing is the stand alone fuel system. SAFC is good as it gets for me. i am not spending another 1200 for a laptop.

You may want to do something better than the SAFC. Either the Power FC from Apexi or the Emanage from Greddy. You may also want to do something about traction...LSD.
What cams are you getting?

What kind of valves and valve springs are you going to use? I really don't think you know what you're talking about Jason.

I don't think the FC is worth it for the GT, unless you have many mods that need tuning. GT doesn't have lift, and our rev limiter is fine in my opinion. So maybe that is why, or maybe you are right and it doesn't work. I dunno

Well Steven, moderator or no moderator you can kiss my white ass, You as a moderator should never tell anyone that they dont know what their talking about. No i am not building the car myself. I am having a speedshop do it. So no I dont have to know the brand name of valve or valve springs to have the car built. But if its importaint to you Ill let you know. I am not a mechanic so sorry if I dont appear to know what i am talking about. I just dropped 4k and said "build it" But I guess we could open up a new topic about what color leds i should get for my windshield washers or what air freshener smells better since this topic seems to be over my head

If you have the goods, post pics. Anyone can say anything on the boards which makes credibility hard to come by without valid proof.
Thank you Thread closed.

"my car goes in the garage for an overhaul on the engine. I am doing JE low compression pistons, Crower rods, sleeving the block, performance clutch and fly wheel, upgrading the fuel lines, upgraded fuel pump, fuel rail, new cams, valves and valve springs and getting my t3-t4 hybrid turbo installed." https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Number=159038TOPIC CLOSED and you get a big for talking shit to our staff show some respect.
