I might be the only one, but the reverse beep does not bother me as much as the DRL.

DRL don't bother me, the AUTO ON does, because i kept going through bulbs after bulbs..auto on kept on burning out my bulbs..anyway the reverse beeping actually kept me from hitting car in front of me(when park) a few times.. w/o it i would've hit the car in front of me already..so it odn't bother me no more..it used to..but i'm glad i didn't cut it..and i hated how toyota put the Reverse right next to First gear..they coulda put it all the way to the Right, after 6th gear..but nooooooooo.. angry

What burns me up is i cannot just turn on the ambers when the dusk switch overrides it. I like my Lexus, it has a position past head light on that engages auto on! I guess I could figure out a way to wire a switch, but who has time for shooting schematics?

Beeping is to make sure you don't fuck up and throw into R rather than 1st(at least on GTS manual setup). I accidentally put my car into R in the parking lot once, and scared the SHIT outta some woman behind me.
