i was just wondering if anyone knows if i will have problems fitting an 18 x 7.5 inch rim with a 45 mm offset on a 2003 celica

Better check for clearance on the rear tyres, front tyres usually clear well from the fenders, and of course steering rotation. Make room for the rims to flow outwards (your fender) when you decide to drop using springs
