when jacking up the back of the car where is a good spot to place the jack? also a jack stand? dumb question i know lol but i dont want to put it in the wrong spot and ruin anything

Jack the car on the bar that's next to the muffler (the one in between yourself and the muffler). Place the jackstands on the jacking points thats indicated in the manual.

yep...along both sides of the lower frame is a thin steel strip...it has circular grooves in it for optimal jack placement

see my car didnt come with a manual so i was alittle assed out on that option. thanks for the info and diagram

Those jacking points are for hydraulic lifts. If your using the scissor jack that came with the car, look along the unibody & there are grooves where the jack goes. Its pretty easy to figure out once you get down & under the car. thumbsup
