I just got my Gt 00!! and umm, well I still have around 1000$ bucks to spend on it so I was just wondering what would be the best mod to get a faster 1/4 time (With that budget) (Except the CAI and the Exhaust system --> already got those ) Please don't tell me to wait and go with f/i !! Thx !

hmm everything I can think of that would actually benefit you costs more then $1000. I'd say save it until you have $2000 and do this ... crower cams, mwr springs/valves, apexi power fc, dyno tuning that will significantly change the power of your car. anything else is kind of a waste.

honetlty...you'll get the most dollar for dollar out of nitrous if you want just 1/4 mile times. the mods listed by Lucky would be awesome...on a spyder. but like he said...it's going to be meh on a celi...

I dont like nitrous cause it's temporary power. I like to step on it randomly and always feel the power

Bah.. Don't like nitro either, expensive and only temporary power yeah ! Whoring my own thread .. :: Just another nowhere question like that --> Do I really need new shocks if I only do a 0.8 drop down with adj. coil overs ?? I heard some rumors changing shocks wasn't required in those cases ! Just wanted to make sure..Yeah I'm confused. Oh and I also guess I don't need camber kit for the same reason. Am I right ?

^^^ You won't need new shocks. You also don't need a camber... Camber is nice but with that low of a drop im guessing that you won't. But if you do go lower than 2.0 or anything pass 1.3(TRD Drop) than your going to beed to get a Camber kit.

tein stechs offer a beautiful 1.5 drop with out the need of camber links. since the after market springs have a higher spring rate than oem the stock shocks will be fine but the ride will be alittle bouncey but still comfy thats if ur car is new or has little mileage since urs is a2000 i reccommend that you do both the spring install and strut install at teh same time you will love the ride and will save you a hastle in the long run.
