you just get a can of tint spray, and go to work on your stock headlights. Basically it's the same idea behind tinted tail lights, but used on the headlights. Hope that helped. EDIT: Here's what I am talking about. Taillight Paint [ store.summitracing.com]

Jeff...Cycocelica has them on his car...PM him...I think he got them at NAPA or Autozone. You can get them pretty much at any shop.

they're right about that you can get that look with a spray at a much cheaper price. but i think you should leave the eyes alone, the headlights are one of the prominent features that make a celica, a celica. but hey, it's great to try different things.

not my car but here is the general look...cant wait till i get mine! seriously though the main reason i got these is because i was sooooo FU*%in tired of lookin at that condensation! i tried the vacume trick i took apart and re-epoxied when i painted them i tried a blo-dryer and still the fog survives!!!! so instead of forkin over 300+ dollars for new ones $40 and i think it will even look better! but i wont really know if i like them untill i get them on my car.

don't like them, civics used to do this around hear all the time about 3 or 4 years ago. i know that they are illegal to have the covers on the headlight at night in sc. and sc has some slack road laws. i don't suggest painting them unless your have a show car that you don't drive much
