So i'm new to driving stick and i was just wondering, at what rpm's should i change gear? Thanks

it depends..if you wanna save fuel, change gears at around 3000 - 5000 rpms..if you wanna race, well, i dunno, shift when it gets near redline i guess..

If you let off the accelerator and the car jerks then its time to shift. Keep doing that and you'll get used to do it and wont have to think. Good luck thumbsup

Depends on how fast you want to accelerate. If you want to save your motor & gas, shift early. If you want to go like hell, shift just before the fuel cuts out.

Your GT will rev about 400 over the redline before the fuel cuts out. If your driving normal, I would say about 5,000 RPM is a good place to shift.

I didn't know Celica's came in "midnight blue"? grin

i shift between 3000 and 4000, but read the manual, it tells you what speed to shift at

Listen to the engine...you will usually shift around 4k rpm...whenever you hear that the engine revs too high shift..."listen...Listen very carefully my friend" hit

I shift at 3500 - 4000, like he said, listen to the car.. it'll tell you when to shift.
