trd exhaust...body...rims...oh, performance shit...nothin  cant turbo a car, but you can swap in a engine that ment to be turboed. makes sence huh?

Vertical door conversion is legal across the country.
Anything that wouldn't distract other drivers... so I'd assume all interior modifications are completely legal.

you cant drive the any tv/screens on. if the pigs see and tube for your neons while they are lit, thats illegal. move out of cali.

The neons on the inside of the car, or outside?
I'd think that you'd be able to drive with the TV screens on... what about mini-vans with the screens for the rear passengers?
...what about the DVD navigation systems? That's technically a TV screen.

u can drive with the screen on as long as the driver is not watching.

I can only imagine the arguments between the officer & the driver.
Officer: "I saw your eyes look at the screen"
Driver: "no no no, officer... I was... er... looking at my fuel gage"
Officer: "incorrect. If you were looking at your fuel gage, your eyes would have pointed straight downward. I saw you looking down, and to your right. Down and to your right!"
Driver: "Oh that? No... I... I was adjusting the air conditioning... yea, air conditioning!"
Officer: "for 20 minutes?"
Driver: "...I'm very picky about the climate in my car, officer"
