Celica Forums General Discussion Engine and Performance toucan air filters

my filter is getting dirty and i need a new one. anybody familiar or ever used the toucan air filters? if so how much power do you gain?

they make a lot of cheap stuff dunno how the quality is for their stuff. But K&N is a big name in filters and for 40 bucks you can get a performance filter at most auto parts store so you can probably get it today or in a couple days if they have to order it. couldn't find any replacement filters on the site either for the celica.. looked like universal air intake type filters so don't even know if they'd make something that your looking for unless you've got an intake already and are looking for a new filter for it..

yeah, my filter is so clogged up my lift doesn't kick as hard. I'm leaning toward the toucans because they have a heat/water shield surrounding the filter.

I'd like to know too ! Getting one of those for the watershield
