yes, screws on to the end pieces right into the wells off ur bumper, but i put a few more screw underneath it becuase mine had fallen off before on the freeway, until i got a new one that is...but put some more screw underneath it attaching it more securely to the bumper (not the under engine plastics) and it shouldnt come off, double sided tape wont be neccessary either if you put those extra screws..
