What is recomended in terms of applying a bodykit? Should I lower my car first and then slap on the body kit or should I slap that shiezniet on there first and then drop it crazy?
I am also very concerned about premature tire wear due to lowering the car. Where and what kinds of adjustable struts would be the best choice for the celica? Any other tips would be helpful. thumbsup

read this thread

If you want a very slight drop, TRD is probably a good choice.
