20celica00 Member 2000 Toyota Celica GT Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 192 Oxnard, CA	Im planning on having my front license plate relocated to the bottom grill area of the bumper. How much would it be to have the holes filled in and the front bumper repainted??? Thanks guys.
