if i take out the resonator that came with the trd exhaust and put an after market one in it, will it be louder and will it have the same gain?
i bough a used trd exhaust and the resonator is kinda wear out.

gains= not a clue sound= pretty sure itll def. be louder...i mean ur taking out one of the parts that muffles the sound... some1 correct me

i wont take out the resonator.. what i mean is i will replace the resonator with an after market resonator. will it make any different?

thats not the resenator. After the cat there is this larger rounded pipe thats the resenator correct me if im wrong.

it will be louder if you take out the factory resinator and put a straight pipe in place. i have done this and it sounds sweet with my exhuast. sorry i don't have any pics though

/\ might as well get the kazuma exhaust then, and has better gains.

when we finalize my turbo set up, im doing a custom 3" full exhaust with resinator and hks muffler.
i'm hoping for a very low gruble. I'm going sleeper all the way.
