The best exhaust isnt a major company name brand 
TPR Intake! - Injens high end with AEM's low end and NO BOGGING!
TPR EXHAUST! - Exhaust made 10.5 whp peak and 32 whp at 6300 on my car!!!

I think the TRD exhaust is the most popular. I was thinking about getting one. Speaking of which, where is the best place to order a TRD exhaust from.

i don't know the best for sure, i only know that in trd site, you can do it. you also get about 10% cost reduction! but, you must add the shipment cost!
