how will an offset of 48+ effect the celica???

the wheel will sit inward towards the brakes and will not be flushed with the fenders...anywhere between +30 to +38 would be ideal

It wouldn't even fit. The rim will be hitting the brakes/calipers.
You will need wheel spacers. Either 10mm or 15mm

thats not true because i have some sokudos and they were 48 offset they fit but they were not flush with the fender, all you have to do is use a spacer. also my sokudos are for sale.
