Hello, i was wondering how often i should change my coolant? is there a certain mileage?or just checking levels? should i have it done by dealer, or myself?

you see i made thread like this a bit ago and i didnt get too many responses regarding this  I am still seeking proper help to do this on my own as well. I know toyota charges like 110 i believe to do this

if you have a lot of time do it twice a year Seriously? I thought the stuff lasts for 100k miles.
