i dunno if it's the bold for the distance of the door to the card or not. otherwise, you can give it a clockwise rotation. lift up your door while your doing so

Loosen the jam nut first, then make ajustments. tighten jam nut and check again. sometimes when the jam nut is tightened, it messes with the ajustments you might make.

If that doesn't work get it somE viagra!

Yeah the tough part is adjusting the fenders I've cut them and folded them(REALLY IMPORTANT) But I am still having trouble adjusting them enough so that the hinge doesn't get in the way..

Any ideas? confused

have someone help you and see how it goes have them hold it move it just a little each time. i'm probally getting a set , my girlfriend keeps asking me about them so she might be buying some. If I get mine i'll probally be in the same boat. Good luck man , it doesn't seem all that hard , do you have pictures of what you had to do to the fenders ?

Yeah so my fenders are the tricky part... I dont have the stock metal fenders I have the Z3 fenders that is made out of Fiberglass... So what i had to do is cut the side edges off and then use a bigger bolt and used a cushion washer so that it has a wider area for the hinge to move around. I've only done the driver side but when I finish i'll post some Pics of my ride..
