Has anybody ever shaved the back area of the trunk of the Celica? Just a thought, if you have pictures of it, post please?

I don't think it would look good. debadged looks good...but shaved...no. I think the celi needs those small things to break up the lines. I don't think shaved door handles would look good either because then it would be too smooth i think. The celi is just so damn smooth already you could make it too smooth...lol

well...it's a Japanese GT-wing made by the company: "Varis" (one of the best carbon specialist's in the world ) The wing does not go above the roof of the Celica (although it might look that way in the pics!...same goes for the width), but it does not block my vieuw in the mirror either

With a wing that high it seems very possible that he may be able to get free XM radio...

i really dont think the wing looks that bad...infact...i really like it! it would have looks really dumb if it was sitting on universal mounts (the aluminum A-frame lookin mounts for the wing) and if it was straight up over the mounts. the way the stands that that wing uses are designed, they have a nice sweeping motion back and out over the rear...looks nice IMO...like the 3 split spoke golds too! damn...am i going to get flamed for this?

insanecelica Ok I won't make any comment about that really huge wing Just tell me how do you open your trunk ? Well my technical english isn't "the best", but i will try it the easy way It open's electronicaly...in other words: when i push a button it activates an electronic lever, that pulls open the lock of the trunk. (yeah, my education came in handy...for once ) (sorry i can't show you guys (and girls) cause i never really made any pic's about it...)

Not to change the subject...but i was the one who said: "no comment about the wing" at the beginning @ TATFREAK: I defintly like that wing in the first pic...gives it a bit of a "dragger" look...NICE If i may know...what brand / type is it? Cause back in the time i was searching for a wing, i never crossed the one you have (most were alu...and i only wanted Carbon Fiber ) And no...i won't steal you're idea...because i wan't to go wingless! (wich i should have done last year...but a lot came up) @ iWaNtAcELiCa97 and CARBON_SYPHER : Thanx for the compliments (you're defintly one of the few, who actually like my style) And uhm...i wont flame on you guys
