i have a 2003 Toyota Celica GTS 6-Speed with the DBW system now can i hook up a Blitz Supercharger to it or no and what can i do to make my celica have more horse power and torque i already have Custom 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust, CAI, and Brembo Crossed Drilled and Slotted Rotors what else can i do?

no you cannot unless you switch to a throttle cable...
you can turbo it though.

is that all the web sites cause i debating on getting my old 03 GTS or a 04 Redline and the redline gets insane amounts of power from little things cause it is supercharged
