hey

how hard is it to remove the factory hoodscoop to install a raised one??

how would i exactly do this..i dont have access to my car right now but i really need to know...\

havnt looked but i can guess that you A. pop the hood B. unscrew bolts under hood.

there are only 4 bolts holding it on... so just pop the hood and unscrew

4 bolts. Be careful not to drop them since they can go like anywhere and are a bitch to retrieve.

place a huge tarpe over your engine if you get paranoid, unscrew away.

loosen 4 nuts. keep ur other hand palm underneath so just incase it falls.
as for the stock hoodscoop, unscrew the nuts and pull the hoodscoop up while the hood is down. the scoop will pop out the hood cz its clipped from the middle.

what they said, you need a 10 mm racket thingy, the raised hood bolt may be bigger
