it monitors the air fuel ratio being let into the engine. this tell you if the mix is lean (not enough juice) or rich ( too much juice ) or ok.

a little light bounces around indicating nothing...

you need a wideband o2 sensor for it to read accurately

yea for a stock, or even intake/exhaust setup its really not that accurate. bounces around and looks cool smile if you actualyl want an accurate one you need a new sensor. but for reg guys jsut get it for looks smile
