its legal but its in guam... you can pay under the table to get the rhd legal... ive seen 1 rhd skyline r33 in LA and i was in awe

Why is the Skyline so inexpensive? Don't these go for a LOT more due to their tuning capacity? Could someone explain to me why?!?! I'd sell my benz in an instance to buy that skyline, refurnish it, and tune it up.
