Hi
New to the forum
Have a 2000 GTS
redid the engine. Now looking to mod the exterior
Can you recommend any good places in Miami, Florida for that kind of work?
Oh, yeah, and is there some kind of remote for opening the liftback?
That sucker is heavy and doesn't always stay up. Sometimes have to prop it up with a 2x4. Replaced the liftgates with OEM ones, but they are pretty crappy.
thanks

Im sure their is some kind of remote/pump you can buy to automatically open your trunk. Look around try to be creative im sure you can find some kind of solution.

Lol welcome to owning a celica. Its pretty typical that the trunk starts falling. The manufacturer kind of flawed the trunk because the gas in the trunk supports eventually starts to leak out and it starts to loose its pressure therefore your trunk starts to fall. You can look on ebay or get new trunk supports at a toyota dealership for about 60-90$. Its a pain to change though because of the socket design they are made in
