Hi there, fairly new to the forum

couple of things i would like to discuss.

First of all, my 7th-gen t-sport has 100k, but im hearing wierd sounds from my brakes. i have had the brakes bled a few months ago (a lot of black sh*t came out), and apparently the pads and discs are fine at the front. but everytime i exceed 80/90mph and i brake, i hear a rough "grinding" noise from the front. i appreciate celica brakes arent the best of brakes as i have heard from other enthusiasts.

any thoughts on this?

secondly, my exhaust makes a rattling noise, again im sure its not the back box, could it be a clip loose?

thanks for your time guys, any feedback or advice would be great.

My car had the same problem, heard grinding etc. Turned out my drums needed replacing. Its a fairly simple thing to do especially if your mechanically inclined and a lot cheaper than if you take it to a shop where they will charge you 3x the price of the part and then a ton in labor for something you could get $40 a drum and just set some time on the weekend aside to replace it
