Celica Forums General Discussion Interior Paint Job Ideas?

I need some paint job ideas. Currently, I have a silver 2001 GT with no body kit (not yet and there's rust spots on the hood and chips in the back so I'm getting it painted and I kinda want a new color. Preferably something to match the blue interior lights. Any thoughts or ideas?

Ive seen several people who go with white and have blue accents. Not necessarilly on celicas but in general its pretty clean. My celica is black and its a great color when clean but its difficult to keep that way. You could try going with a blue color like the stock one. Then your lights would match the paint and the interior and rims could be gunmetal or black. Do you have the solid black interior or the gray one? May be something to consider. And are you doing a solid color or thinking body vinyls or paint? I saw a celica once that i stumbled upon, it wasnt real but the car was white with a blue stripe coming over the hoodscoop down that valley on the hood to the logo mesh and had gold rims. Looked pretty awesome. Also depending on your state you can get window mesh decals that cover your glass with a design but you can still see out. I have a vendor that can make them for me but i havent tried them out yet.

Try photoshop. You can get a free trial at adobe.com and its basic to change colors. Or if you want to send me a pic of your car i can change it. The higher res the better.
