Celica Forums Classic Generations 5th Generation Celica Driver side door will not unlock

Here is all the details.

I have a 1991 Toyota Celica GTS 2.2. Power lock will not unlock on the driver side. I've attempted to manually unlock it by flipping the lock ( it feels tight and with force it will move to the unlocked position but when I let go it springs back into locked) I've attempted to unlock it with the key and when I turn the key to the right it won't turn all the way.

Anyone have any idea whats going on and how to fix it?
