I have a 2001 celica, which looks like it may have been lowered by the previous owner, I have stock 15s on it but was wondering if 18x7.5 wheels would fit without any rubbing or other problems? Thanks!

Yep. 18" will work with a 2" drop.
For reference, TRD suspension gives a 1.2" drop.

Yeah I dont think it was dropped too much because I can still fit about half my shoe between the gap of the tire and inside finder.

Those are actually pretty nice looking wheels. I'm a fan of the two-tone look, and black seems to be the current style these days.
From your photos, they look like they have some curb damage and one may be quite bald. Is that just the picture?
