Ok I just bought my 2000 Celica this past Wednesday.
When the car is cold the both headlights intergize and work. The light stick is in off manual position and the auto off is OFF position
without turninjg on the lights they light up. Heres the catch if the right side is on for one minute they never turn off when driving but if you turn off the car and lights and immediatly restart the car the RIGHT side doesnt intergize it remains dark. Wait 15 minutes and BOTH lights intergize
