Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior HIDs: Projector+kit packages

Looking to get new HIDs, projectors+headlights on my 2003 action-package GTS (OEM non-HID housing). Preferably the combo. Have been looking at things like combos below, but the prices vary and feedback is limited. Posting to solicit the expert advice of the community here.

Also, my 03 GTS did not come with fog lights, and I was interested in investing in a set of HIDs here as well. Maybe something like this?

Is it a pretty easy install on a setup without stock fog lights (only the plastic covers)?
