WTB: valve assy, vacuum switch

I need to replace this part on my Celica. Having a hard time locating one since the OEM part is discontinued.

If anyone knows of any alternative or equivalent for this part, I'd sure appreciate the any advice!

I have the one on top of the charcoal canister.
