Hello all
I am a new celica owner ..2001 By with 1zz engine Rad was replaced by my father n law when he was done he handed me this hose saying found it after I was done and we can't figure out where it goes

This should help. Just make sure all the lines in the diagram have a connection. Is your car throwing any codes? That would also tell you which connection is missing.
