When I’m just sitting at a stop light my idle will drop real low almost like it’s about to shut off, any ideas how to fix this situation?

I also have a problem when taking off from a standstill it has a very low response time to get going, any ideas on this?

Pull the MAF sensor. *clean with some mass air flow sensor cleaner* replace.. Do Not Start The Car Yet..Then pull ECU fuse let it sit for five minutes.put the fuse back id start the car and let it idle run for ten minutes ,this will let the ECU reprogram itself with the clean MAF.
here is the link on how to..https://celicahobby.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/267456/ecu-how-to-reset.html
Cheapest place to start at least.

The Mass Airflow Sensor may be dirty or broken.

Swap in a MAS from another car. Toyota and Lexus sedans use the same DENSO MAS. Reset the ECU by opening the NEG battery terminal for 5 minutes. Drive the car a few days at city and highway speeds for the ECU to remap the fuel trim. See if the new MAS improves idling and throttle responses.

The problem could be leaky or unplugged vacuum hoses from the airbox to the throttle body. Check them out.

Or it could be dirty fuel injectors.
