13 BAR EQUALS 188.549 PSI which should be OK for the 1ZZ.
I have a 2ZZ engine with higher compression. After 247K miles COMPRESSION were 193 200 210 230 in 4 cylinders.
Check the fuel filter and fuel pump to make sure adequate fuel is being pumped to the injectors.
Otherwise it must be a bad or dirty MAF that senses low incoming air therefore pumping little fuel into the injector to exceed 100 MPH. The MAF may look and test fine, but may have broken.
Swap in a known-good MAF sensor (Toyota and Lexus use the same DENSO MAF). Reset the CPU by removing battery's negative cable, then run the car a few days to remap fuel table.

I have checked the fuel pump and i have changed the fuel filter 2 days ago . The injection system is perfectly fine. I have changed the Maf sensor too with my friend that have the same type of celica 1zz . But mine has the same problem, and his car with my maf sensor is running perfectly. I don’t understand where is the problem 😰 . I have done a consulting with an engineer of Toyota and he said to me tha may be a vacuum leak ,bbut my car hasn’t whistling sound

In NEUTRAL, can your engine revs up to 6K RPM?
You may want to record the engine sound at 6K RPM for reference.
If there are any serious malfunctions, they would show up in the OBDII codes.
Borrow a OBDII scanner and record all stored and pending CODES.
