This is a "carbon fiber look" dash kit (stickers) which were primarily sold by Toyota dealerships as an option/add-on during the period that Toyota still sold the Celica:

Oh I'm talking about the digital climate control. Know where I could get them? And is there a place that tells you how to switch them out?

I was looking into this conversion but haven’t decided if it will be worth the $$$ or time.
