Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Tint

I went to get my car tinted the other day and I asked for 5% and the guy said they can't go lower than 30%. Around here they just changed the law, if you have darker than 30 it's a 1000 dollar fine for you and 10,000 for the place that did it for you. so he said he wasn't going to do it. It sucks

wow, i would think 5% in the back would be illegal.
